Rains-Flo Sealing Systems are an excellent choice in Vertical Turbines.

Rains-Flo will allow you to offer a Packing System that will last three times longer when compared to braided packing. Rains-Flo's design will reduce stuffing box pressure, extend shaft/sleeve life and greatly reduce leakage. With Rains-Flo, leakage can be kept to a weep or even drip free for a period of time without damaging the pump. Rains-Flo Systems will force the leakage out through the bleed-off pipe, which will reduce stuffing box pressure. This will also keep the bearing cool and lubricated, preventing excessive wear. The sealing concepts of Rains-Flo Packing Systems will keep the pump operating longer with less maintenance and cost.
